Failure to provide optional data will not have any consequences, while failure to provide mandatory data will make it impossible to perform the services as per point 1 of this notice.

10. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The GDPR provides a series of rights for the data subject, specifically the right to access personal data, the right to obtain rectification or erasure of the same or restriction of processing concerning them, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority.
