PRIVACY NOTICE Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679
– JOB APPLICATIONS –

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING: The collection and processing of personal data are exclusively intended for the Controller’s recruitment, selection, and evaluation of personnel for their company. Data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements and will be performed both manually and through IT and electronic means, suitable for ensuring the security and confidentiality of the processing. Data will be stored in digital and paper archives.

DATA COLLECTION METHODS: Data is collected through email submissions to the Controller and/or through the dedicated form on the website nefrocenter.it, where interested parties submit information about their professional experience in the form of a Curriculum Vitae for spontaneous applications.
The collection only concerns personal data and special categories of data relating to personal information, professional experience, and educational and professional training data.
The Controller will only process data relevant to the assessment of professional aptitude, limited to information strictly necessary for establishing the collaboration/employment relationship.
Therefore, candidates are requested to use the data processing authorization form indicated in paragraph 9 of this document, which must include a declaration of having reviewed this privacy notice.

OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION – CONSEQUENCES OF CONSENT REFUSAL: While the provision of personal data by the interested party remains voluntary, please note that failure to provide consent for data processing will make it impossible for the Controller to consider the candidate’s application in any personnel selection and evaluation procedure.
The Controller kindly requests candidates to include their consent for data processing at the bottom of their curriculum vitae.

DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION: Data processed by the Controller will not be transferred and/or disclosed to third parties and will be used exclusively for the purposes outlined in point 1.
Within the organizational structure, access to data will be limited to appointed Data Processors or Operators and resources involved in the personnel selection process, within the limits and according to their respective roles and exclusively for pursuing the purposes stated in Article 1.

DATA TRANSFER: Personal data is stored on physical devices located at the headquarters in Castellammare di Stabia (NA) – Italy and on our service providers’ servers (Dropbox Inc.) outside the EU. Compliance with GDPR provisions for such data transfer beyond EU borders is ensured through EU-US Privacy Shield adherence by partners located in the United States.

DATA CONTROLLER: The data controller is Consorzio Nefro Center a r.l., with operational headquarters at Via Varo 1 – 80053 Castellammare di Stabia (NA), represented by Legal Representative Crisci Bersabea.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The GDPR provides a series of rights for the data subject, specifically the right to access personal data, the right to obtain rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Authority.
