Diagnosis and management of hereditary diseases through DNA and chromosome analysis. We offer genetic counseling, prenatal testing, hereditary cancer risk assessment, and diagnosis of rare diseases. We perform karyotype analysis, cystic fibrosis screening, and other specific genetic investigations.
Neurophysiology
Functional study of the nervous system through non-invasive instrumental examinations. We perform Electroencephalogram (EEG) for epilepsy and brain disorders, Electromyography (EMG) and Electroneurography (ENG) for muscles and peripheral nerves, and Evoked Potentials (visual, auditory, somatosensory, motor) to assess the integrity of nerve pathways.
Hyperbaric Medicine
Therapy based on the administration of 100% pure oxygen in a pressurized hyperbaric chamber. It increases tissue oxygenation, accelerating the healing of difficult wounds (diabetic ulcers), fighting infections (osteomyelitis), reducing edema, and treating carbon monoxide poisoning.
