Advanced technologies are employed, including Tecar therapy (radiofrequency diathermy for biostimulation and pain reduction), Focal Shock Waves (for tendinopathies and calcifications), High-power YAG Laser (analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects), Ultrasound Therapy, and Pain Management Electrotherapies (TENS, Diadynamic) and muscle stimulation. A valuable resource is Hydrokinesiotherapy, rehabilitation performed in a heated pool, which utilizes water&#8217;s physical properties (buoyancy, hydrodynamic resistance) to facilitate movement, reduce joint stress, and improve muscle tone in a safe and comfortable environment.
